Nível 2 - Parte 2
Unit 6 is called Airport Jobs. Do you know anyone who works at the airport? What do
they do there? Does the job offer any danger? If so, what kind of dangers do airport
jobs offer?
Let’s divide the week in five days and study one lesson per day.
Whenever possible take the opportunity to review the content learned so far.
4. Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4 Week 5 Week 6 Week 7 Week 8Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4 Week 5 Week 6 Week 7 Week 8
On the first day, do the six activities in Lesson 1 – Vocabulary. In this lesson you will
learn vocabulary related to jobs at the airport. If you worked at he airport, would you
rather be a pilot or a security screener?
On day 2, Lesson 2 presents five activities teaching what each professional does at the
airport.
The nine activities for Lesson 3 come on day 3. You will see and have the opportunity
to use the present tense in yes/no questions. Then, there are more five activities on
day 4, Lesson 4, dealing with subject questions. For example, who flies the plane?
Who serves the passengers? To answer these questions, you need a subject. Now, look
at this important question: Who is learning English in a fun, involving and practical
way? Very good! The correct answer is: YOU!
On the last day, let’s take the opportunity to study the listening activities in Lesson 6.
You’ll listen to a job interview. Have you ever had a job interview? How did you feel?
What questions are generally asked?
And this is the end of one more week. It’s good to see you around!

Week 2: starting...
This week we intend to finish Unit 6 and start Unit 7. Remember that every time we
finish a unit we also read a book. Divide the reading in three parts. The first part takes
one day and this is the day that you use to prepare the vocabulary. The other three
days of the week are used to read the pages of the book. So, divide them accordingly.
Each book has around 24 pages, this way you’ll have to read around 8 pages per day. It
isn’t too much, is it? Then, the last day of the week is to watch the video, do the quiz
and read the complementary text.
This week we are going to read the book Snow Magic! Snow is very important for Dan
Raedeke. The success of his business depends on this. But this year, it’s too warm for
natural snow, and Dan needs help. He needs a little ‘snow magic’! What is Dan’s
business? How will he get snow?
For each day we’ll have only one lesson to study, and on the last day we will review
what was learned in Unit 6. On the first day, study the six activities in Lesson 5. Learn
how to ask question in the present tense using who, what, wen where, how. Here’s is
an example: Where do you study?

screeners.
On the third day of this week study the four activities of Lesson 8 where you’ll watch

imagine a perfect day at work would be? What are the conditions that make a good
day at work? Does it depend only on you or on any other factors? In Lesson 1, you’ll
learn vocabulary to describe what each professional is doing.
Take some time on the last day to review what was studied in Unit 6. After this, do the
unit end pages.
Week 2 has come to an end! Congratulations on your effort!
