3. Description: The Opera International application provides business insights, by which the business
manages its daily operations (staffing, call routing and abandon rates) .The application, will retrieve data
from different data sources and consolidate it to single platform. Consolidation is followed by ETL process
of data migration to the destination RTBI platform. The RTBI platform will be a robust and standard base
for all reporting requirements The ETL solution that is provided has purpose to process 6 different types
of Source Systems Data.

resolved with in SLA and used to track PMs for future releases.
