About EL-BAYAK
EL-BAYRAK Construction Company is one of the leading compa-
nies in the construction industry sector, the company was established in
Syria in 2003, its founder’s concept was to start a seed of a contracting
company that deals with infrastructure projects and develop to cover the
different mechanical & electrical activities. EL-BAYRAK was born to carry-
out a number of projects in various industrial sectors such as energy
(Power Plants), Oil/Gas (Plants & Pipelines) and number of factories, also
it participated in number of utility sector projects such as Dams, Roads,
Potable and Waste water piping networks.
The indicators were clearly positives in public sectors projects
from the quality and time schedule point of view, which encouraged the
company management to enter projects with international foreign compa-
ny’s operating in Syria in the Power, Oil & Gas sectors.
EL-BAYRAK trusted that through serious work and full commit-
ment to standards & international specifications used in important and
mega projects will take it to international markets, the entry to the Algerian
Market was at 2009 were the circumstances were suitable and the Tech-
nical Group of the company had the technical efficiency, competitive capa-
bility, adaption and success in completing construction project at time and
quality which gave our clients confidence and relief to deal with our com-
pany.
First contract been awarded in Algeria at 2009 was construction
of Drinking water distribution line to the commune of W. Mostaganem
from CORSAN-CORVIAM (Spanish Co.), and at 2010 construction of a
section of 1200mm (48”) gas pipeline – GK3 Project from SAIPEM (Italian
company of Eni Group).
The launch in Algeria was promising for continuous success in
infrastructure and petrochemical projects, The Company proved through
its management, technical & financial skills by completing all the assigned
projects in time and with high efficiency and quality which enhanced the
Company competition ability in all construction sectors to become one of
the leading companies in Algeria.
Today EL-BAYRAK is classified category 8 in the Hydraulic & Pet-
rochemical sector and has the quality certificate: ISO9001:2008.
EL-BAYRAK Continue its technical & management develop by training its
staff and the renewal and expansion of its resources and incorporating
new techniques which will assist it to promote the services level offered to
the clients, and eyes to expand its activities to international markets to
have an acting role in mega & international construction projects.
