Company is engaged in manufacturing of IGNITION COIL, IGNITION WIRE SET,CAP NOISE
SUPPRESSOR, WASHER MOTOR, RELAY WINKAR, RELAY STARTER &NEUTRAL SWITCH,
Its main customer are Hyundai motors, Maruti Udyog Ltd, Hindustan Motors, Hero, General Motors
& Honda Scooter, Kinetic-Honda (Japan), Prime Car Ltd (Australia) Presently the company annual
turnover is 400 Million.

2. Job Profile:-
• Procurement of Raw Materials i.e. PP,PBT,Nylon from Reliance,DSM,SRF etc.
• Procurement of Rubber Parts/Sheet metal/Chemicals/Al-Cu Sheets/Packaging Items/CopperWires
for finished Goods.
• Also Handling Job Work of different Plastic Components.
• Ensure timely availability of required Product & Maintaining Min./Max. Inventory Level.
• Maintain Schedule as per Planning for all the Procured Parts and releasing Schedule to Vendor monthly
bases.
• Maintain Schedule Versus Supply Trends and Extra Fright Paid from Suppliers.
• Material Planning as per Production Planned as per Forecast FG parts.
• Preparing Progress Chart and Purchase Orders.
• To maintain the record according to T.S requirement as well as Customer specific requirement.
• Responsible for Line Stoppage, Inventory Control..
• To make timely payments to party in coordination with Finance Department.
• Supplier Evolution on the basis of criteria like Cost, Quality, Timely Delivery etc. and evaluating them
& negotiating the Price, Delivery Schedule and terms and conditions with them.
