Findings:
Question 1: According to the data
collected, 50 out of 150 respondents
agreed that they felt at ease shopping
online compared to physical shopping
and hence it got the highest percentage
of responses that is 33% as per our
research.
According to the data collected, 77 out
of 150 respondents agreed that the
internet provides a wide variety of
products to them, to choose from,
and hence it got the highest
percentage of responses that is 51%
as per our research.
Question 5: According to the data
collected, 59 out of 150 respondents
strongly agreed that there are chances
of fraud in online shopping and hence it
got the highest percentage of responses
that is 39% as per our research
Question 6: According to the data
collected, 56 out of 150 respondents
agreed that the delivery of the
product they order online is accurate
and hence it got the highest
percentage of responses that is 37%
as per our research.
Question 7: According to the data
collected, 59 out of 150 respondents
agreed that when shopping online their
information is at risk and hence it got
the highest percentage of responses
that is 39% as per our research.
Question 8: According to the data
collected, 69 out of 150 respondents
agreed that online shopping saved
their time compared to physical
shopping and hence it got the highest
percentage of responses that is 46%
as per our research.
