Presently working with OMV G.m.b.H at Sawan Gas Plant, (Sindh) as a FIELD PRODUCITON OPERATOR, This
is the worldwide oil and gas leading company. It is a Sour gas (H2S) treating Facility (MDEA), Dehydration
adsorption beds and stripping section.
SR. WELL HEAD OPERATOR
• Commissioning of complete WH facilities.
• Responsible for produced water injection.
• Commissioning and FAT of well head control panel and punch listing.
• Commissioning of new oil and gas facility from well testing oil and gas production and treatment plant.
• Flowing production wells work over and rig less activities.
• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wells and pipe line facilities.
• Rig up and Rig down the well head services with proper international standard.
• Specialist for well servicing jobs including well testing, BHP survey, acid stimulation, hydraulic fracturing,
and installation orientation changes of wellhead and x-mass tree.
• Maintenance of X-mas tree and auxiliary equipment also responsible for installing and retrieving of BHP
gauges, SCSSSV and X mass tree valve replacement.
• BPV set & test plug in tubing hangers with lubricator, well tubing hanger cavity test
• Hands on experience through Fiber optic cable (HIMA PLC/DCS and GSM system) based wellhead control
panels & pneumatic systems.
• Involve with contractors in installation of surface facility and equipment at well sites Repairing of Chokes,
Gate valves, Hangers etc. and pressure testing of sub surface assemblies at surface.
• Commissioning of high pressure gas engine driven gas compressor (front end and back end compression)
and Compressor operation including liquid separation and liquid dumping at well site for gas
compression and also involve in gas processing plant having the facilities to precede gas to customers.
• Produced water treatment and disposal (Water Injection).
• Chemical injection & corrosion monitoring & controlling.
• Well head water column offloading and injection of Dura cap and emulsifier treatment.
• Annulus pressure monitoring (pressurization and de-press.) according to the well shut-in pressure.
• Cade welding with flow line and CP monitoring of flow line and well completion.
• Installation and downloading of SPIDR (Online wellhead data recorder)
• Complete handling of pig launching and pig receiving for flow line used for dewatering, chemical coating
(batch treatment) and for sludge removing inside the line and also inspection techniques.
• Complete maintenance of surface packages includes calibration and function test of packages.
• Holding PJSM meetings and making documentation for every job.

PINDORI PRODUCTION FACILITY (PPF):
The DCS is DELTA V system of EMERSOM PROCESS MANAGEMENT. I had been working as a Production
Operator and handling the all emergencies (Plant & well startup & shut-down) at the Main Gas plant & well
Gathering station in Pindori field, Comply the all HSE rules and regulations.
PPF erected by Presson Manufacturing Ltd. Canada & equipped with Emerson Process Management System.
• Three phase Separation. Sour water separation.
• Crude Oil stabilization. Sour Gas Sweetening (MDEA).
• Gas Dehydration (MEG). Gas Compression.
• R.O Unit. Heat medium with BMS.
• LP &HP flare system. Sales Gas Metering.
• LPG storage area Crude oil storage area
Enhance oil Recovery Unit
• Section instated for treatment of water to obtain the quality spaces for injection water in well, one Train
used for disposal produced water and 2nd
Train for fresh treated water in production reservoir.

smith meter Inc., API sump oil recovery system & Pigging station
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily routine visit of wells.
• Smooth operation of Wells & Plant.
• Daily Production data management.
• Crude and Gas pipe line pigging operation.
• Installation of new camps for operating facilities.
• Natural Draft Furnaces optimization & Trouble shooting.
