I would like to introduce myself as a professional associated with the field of Audit and Assurance. My
qualification and relevant experience elaborate my extensive grasp in the field of Audit and Assurance. I
am Associate Chartered Accountant from “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)”. I
also associate member of “Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants”. I am also a Commerce
Graduate from the Bahauddin Zakriya University, Multan.
I worked with BDO L.L.P (U.K) as Assistant ManagerAudit from March 2015 to November 2015.
I worked with Deloitte & Touche - Middle East (Bahrain Office) as Senior to Assistant Manager Audit
from December 2009 to March 2015, PriceWaterHouseCoopers - Oman (Muscat Office) as Senior Audit
Associate from November 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009 in Assurance and Business Advisory Services.
I also worked with M. Yousuf Adil Saleem & Co. Chartered Accountants (A member firm of Deloitte) –
Karachi Office from February 12, 2004 to October 31, 2008 as audit trainee and promoted to Audit Senior
and Audit Supervisor in Audit & Assurance department. It includes the mandatory articleship of four years
as required by ICAP. During articleship period, I was seconded to Deloitte-Abu Dhabi office.
I have been engaged on various external audits, internal audits, due diligence, various regulatory and other
assignments which has not only contributed towards my knowledge of audit, financial reporting and
understanding, analyzing and developing internal control systems but has also helped me in carving my
leadership, planning, communication, management, drafting and report writing skills.
In addition, I possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Audit System - 2 (Audit Software of Deloitte)
and My Client (Audit Software of PwC) and APT and Caseare (Audit Softwares of BDO). I have also
attended various seminars on Audit, Accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards and UK
GAAP conducted by ICAP, Deloitte – Pakistan, PwC - Oman, Deloitte - Bahrain and BDO (UK).
As a professional, I am very much interested to serve in such a responsible position that will allow me to
combine the professional skills that I have developed during the course of my professional career and the
enthusiasmto serve my employers in the best possible way.
