and year-end annual audits

Key Achievements in PTCL
 Being Manager Accounts and Taxation, played a major role in claiming refund of 30
Million rupees input GST, which was already sunk.
 Capitalization of Mega Development Project of 616 ONUs comprising upon 140,000 new
Telephones Lines all over the Pakistan having cost of 1.2 Billion Rupeesin 2005-06.
 As a Finance Manager successfully pay out the package amount to 74 VSS Optees in
2008 and 216 in 2012. After closing of the scheme, successfully mange the conduct of an
audit.

3.  Being an active member of the ERP implementation team, successfully implemented the
ERP-SAP in Regions.
 Being a member of Cost Cutting Committee, Played an active role in replacement of
power meters of PTCL Exchanges into Digital industrial meters which resulted in saving
of millions of rupees in the peak and off-peak hours. Initiative was also taken for
installation of auto switches on Power Generators of PTCL Exchanges that reduced the
cost of fuel.
 Successfully completed the Asset Tagging Assignment of 05 PTCL Regions covering all
over the Punjab
 Implementation of Procurement Manual at Regional level. Being Member of
Commercial evaluation committee saves millions of rupees of the company.
