3. Idea Generation
• There are lot many things in Life which
go wrong and you never know what you
need to do to resolve them
• One such thing was the waste or
garbage
• Open burning of garbage is the health
risks posed by the release of dioxins and
furans into the environment
• Dumped waste takes 30 – 450 years to
decompose
4. Coverage

6. Introduction – R Tribha
• Our Company has come up with a concept
of ReDuce, ReUse, ReCycle and ReImagine
this waste and make the best use of it
• Oceanic Waste and other waste – how our
company will help in developing products
out of it
• When you think of Ocean we think it
• In reality our Oceans looks like
• Now, to understand oceanic waste we need
to understand what does all countries do
7. Present
• Collect their garbage and they either
dump it or throw it in sea
• This is call Garbage Gyre and it has
deadly effect on oceanic animals
• Ocean currents create a phenomenon
called the gyre effect
• Trash around the world into one place
called Pacific Garbage Gyre
• It is roughly three times the size of
Spain and Portugal – 1.78 million
square kilometers
8. Effects
• Albatroos (Animal) in 2013 when cut
open, next to it are all the contents of its
stomach
• Sea animals can “starve on a full
stomach, by consuming plastic waste that
cannot be digested properly”
• This might result in their death from lack
of nutrients despite them eating normally
• It’s sad enough to see life affected by this,
and it looks like our beaches may be next
• Similarly, sanitary pads and Diapers take
30 – 450 years to decompose
9. Future and Effects
• To predict about future we assume that by 2050 there will be more
plastic in oceans than fish
10. Our Story – R Tribha
• Our world is drowning in waste
and we are passionately
committed to find a solution
• There are many people in this
world who give time to clean up
waste on beaches, parks,
waterways and communities
• Some of it gets recycled but
most of it ends right back into
our broken waste management
systems or back to ocean
ReDuce ReUse ReCycle ReImagination
11. Find a Solution
• Put all of the waste to work – permanently
• We will be producing cost effective products that can be used by anyone
and build and scale company growth
• We will maximize the efforts of those who are passionate about cleaning
up our planet
• We will create jobs
• R Tribha will be born

16. Chikkhal
• We will be turning the wet waste of any shape in
building blocks called Chikkhal
• Physically construction blocks
• They will have better sound absorption and
thermal properties than cement
• We will make sure the carbon foot print is 100%
lower than that of concrete blocks
• What needs to be done is shovel waste with a
mixture of little plastic into one end, and receives
Lego-like bricks on the other end
• Alternative building material will be made out of
100% oceanic waste and post-consumer wet waste
17. Chikkhal – Equipment's & Process
• Waste along with scrap plastic (without melting or degrading any
polymers) will be used using a low carbon emission and non-toxic
manufacturing process
• Super-heated water and compression will transform waste and plastic
into alternative building material called Chikkhal
• A 1000 gallon tank that will recycle all waste water using high micron
filtering and this water supply will be continuous for 10-15 weeks before
screens and filters are changed
• In some applications, we may ask to add UV protectant or paint to the
Chikkhal blocks during production
19. Chikkhal – Pricing & Market
• Pricing Strategy

25. Bhangaar
• People think segregation of waste as
Wet Waste and Dry Waste is neither
important nor necessary
• Dry Waste – Valuable Resources
• Amazing journey of Recycling
• Used plastic bottle when it falls into
garbage bin can another plastic or
jacket, etc.
• Waste Recovery Facility
26. Bhangaar – Equipment's & Process
• We will be able to process more than 80
million pounds of recyclable in our plant every
year
• Tip Floor (Ware House) – Trucks will tip
the recyclables
• Loader will push this recyclables in the first
conveyer belt
• Pre-Sort Room – First Line of workers will
take-off bags of Shredded Papers
• Also, take out items plastic bags and
hazardous materials
• Screening Machine – Spinning disk will
pull off big pieces of Cardboard
• Rest of the materials will drop through a
conveyer belt
27. Bhangaar – Equipment's & Process
• Bottle Breaker – Recyclables will break
Glasses into smaller pieces and will fall
through a screen on to its own special
conveyer
• Passing a journey of sand and magnet to
remove paper, plastic and metal bits
• End product of glass will finally go
through spinning cylindrical mixing
to get the end product
• Rest of the Recyclables will go through 2
more sorting screen
• Speeds – Newspapers & Office
papers float on the speeds while plastic
bottles bounces down the hill
28. Bhangaar – Equipment's & Process
• Fibres (Newspaper & Office paper) will go
through a conveyer where workers will pull out
box board and card board for separate recycling
• Ballistic Screen – Raised paddle arms will
separate any left-over fibres and drop Plastic
and Metal containers on to their own conveyer
• Workers will then take-off Plastic containers
(jugs, bottles, etc.)
• High Power Electro magnet will lifts the
metals off the conveyer and drops into below
bunker
• Lastly the workers look for aluminium on the
conveyer
29. Bhangaar – Benefits
• After all the paper, plastic & metals are
sorted out they will each built in a giant cube
weighing up to 1700 pounds a bale
• Removing containments – lower the value of
recyclables and they could get caught in
machinery or injure workers
• End Product of Glass can be used for
construction of roads as this glass particles will
hold cement strongly
• Plastic bottles will be resold to companies
making mineral water in plastic bottles or it will
be sold to companies making bottles caps,
sweaters, jackets, etc.
• Aluminium will be sold to companies making
aluminium cans, pipes, foils, etc.
30. Bhangaar – Pricing & Market
• Pricing Strategy
o Cost Price – INR 10,000
o Selling Price – INR 49000 – 1, 20, 000 per bales / $ 700 – 1700 per bales
• Market Strategy
o Recycling Company
