- 4. Previous Next *Most of the small size mills are huller mills. Other various types are Battery of Huller mills, Huller-cum- Sheller mills, Sheller mills and modern mills. *The paddy received from farmers is low in milling quality. *Traditional storage in Bangladerh does not provide adequate perception. *Milling machinery manufactured in India was designed 30 to 50 years ago. Most of this machinery consists of hullers which give :rice out-turn of 64 percent. The remaining is Sheller type, which gives an out-turn of 68 percent. The team, therefore, recommended an overall modernization of the paddy-rice system
