participants will be able:
1. Determine the various forms of
Domestic Violence
2. Understand the rights of each
member of the family
3. Determine ways how to avoid
Domestic violence.

ACTIVITY: LARO TAYO!
• Divide the group with 4 – 6 members each group.
• Give each group a manila paper and assign what are
the activities that they will accomplish.
• The group will illustrate or demonstrate what are their
understanding with regards to violence inside the
house.
• They can present their outputs in various ways:
 Acting
 Singing
 Dancing
 Drawing
 Collage

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
 Violence that happens inside the house that is being
inflicted by a member of a family that possesses the
power and the belief that the victims do not have the
equal rights.
 Most of the abuser are MALE.
 This could also be a violence between siblings,
parents to children.

other threats that would affect the
relationship of a family.
2. Explain the duties and responsibilities
of each member of the family.

• At the end of the session, the
participants will be able:
1. Determine the various ways on how
to strengthen the family’s relationship
and avoid vices and threats.

Divide the participants and give each group
the materials needed (old news papers,
pentel pen, meta cards and manila paper).
The tasks of each group would be the
following:
 Identify the vices that are commonly heard over
the radio, read in newspapers or comics and
watched in the television. Write it on a manila
paper.

The tasks of each group would be the

 What are the vices that are being witnessed in
your community?
 What is the severity of this situation that is being
experienced in your community?
 Are there any ways that the families in your
community are doing to prevent or eradicate the
vices and threats those have mentioned? In what
way?

destroyed family relations

  • 3. Length of Session: 1 hour and 30 minutes Methodology: Workshops, Lecture and Discussion Participants: Pantawid Couples or Guardians of Pantawid Children Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 1
  • 4. Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 1 ACTIVITY: LARO TAYO! • Divide the group with 4 – 6 members each group. • Give each group a manila paper and assign what are the activities that they will accomplish. • The group will illustrate or demonstrate what are their understanding with regards to violence inside the house. • They can present their outputs in various ways:  Acting  Singing  Dancing  Drawing  Collage

Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 1 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE  Violence that happens inside the house that is being inflicted by a member of a family that possesses the power and the belief that the victims do not have the equal rights.  Most of the abuser are MALE.  This could also be a violence between siblings, parents to children.

  • 16. SESSION OBJECTIVE • At the end of the session, the participants will be able: 1. Determine the different vices and other threats that would affect the relationship of a family. 2. Explain the duties and responsibilities of each member of the family. Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 2
  • 17. SESSION OBJECTIVE • At the end of the session, the participants will be able: 1. Determine the various ways on how to strengthen the family’s relationship and avoid vices and threats. Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 2
  • 18. Length of Session: 1 hour and 30 minutes Methodology: Workshops, Lecture and Discussion Participants: Pantawid Couples or Guardians of Pantawid Children Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 2
  • 19. Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 2 ACTIVITY: Divide the participants and give each group the materials needed (old news papers, pentel pen, meta cards and manila paper). The tasks of each group would be the following:  Identify the vices that are commonly heard over the radio, read in newspapers or comics and watched in the television. Write it on a manila paper.

Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 2 ACTIVITY: The tasks of each group would be the following:  What are the vices that are being witnessed in your community?  What is the severity of this situation that is being experienced in your community?  Are there any ways that the families in your community are doing to prevent or eradicate the vices and threats those have mentioned? In what way?

  • 25. Module 2.4: Subject 2: Session 2 EFFECTS OF VICES TO A FAMILY  Physical abuse to family especially to children  Conflict in the Family  Wasted time and energy  Addiction  Loss of job, compromised health and destroyed family relations  Improper use of resources.
