EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
My role in the company: Marketing (Intern): I handled process of Business
Development under team leader the of Mr. Bankim Doshi ( CEO )
Talent Corner has full filed the client demand to the fullest satisfaction,
adding a greater number of clients every year to have a more-than-900
client base over 18 years of its journey.
Firm marketing strategy is based mainly on ensuring that customers know
what needs the services are able to fulfill, and making the right
information available to the right target customer. We intend to implement
a market penetration strategy that will ensure that we are well known and
respected in our respective industry. We will ensure that our services'
prices take into consideration people's budgets, and that these people
appreciate the services, know that it exists, and where to find it. The
marketing will convey the sense of quality in every picture, every
promotion, and every publication. Our promotional strategy will involve
integrating advertising, events, personal selling, public relations, direct
marketing and Internet marketing, details of which are provided in the
marketing section of this plan.
This report on the project of Business Development contains structure,
Gap(s) identified, and solutions for same. This is achieved by maintaining
an activity log with my observation and the set parameters.
As a part of my project, I was assigned to bring more companies to do
more requirements which addsrevenue to the company. The requirements
given by the client for the job role in their company.
Selecting region to target at particular sector. Collecting data of the
company .targets companies and finalise the deal with the company
terms and conditions along with the requirement of the company.
Learning about the different rules, criteria is there.
Preparing Job Description for various profiles is also looked by me.

Incorporated in 2002, with a modest set-up of just three people, Talent
Corner has now grown into one of India’s leading HR Management
Companies with Over 150 employees in 22 regional offices Across the
Country including one UAE. We are serving over 900+ clients in diverse
industries.
Headquartered in Mumbai, we have Our Offices in Bangalore, Chennai,

Once the requirement comes the recruiter studies the requirement and the
company and then as per the client’sexpectation they start their work.
Through the help of the best job Boards like Naukri , monster & shine
scouts the relevant resumes & also take initial interviews.
They also use the advanced recruitment techniques such as sourcing
through linked in & head hunting for sourcing resumes.
They also concentrate on scheduling of interviews with the client &
candidate.
They are taking care of major important roles of recruitment that is
sourcing resumes & scheduling interview and helping the company in
recruiting right candidate for the client.

exercise. It is also anessential part of any business and it pays to do it

and treat them appropriately, these people not only produce good
resultsbut also tend to stay with the organization longer. In such
circumstances, the organization’sinitialand ongoinginvestment

According to Saez, “Recruiters play an important role in the success of
an organization. Theyessentially act as a filter and when they executed
their job properly, only the best candidates areselected as a result. In a
constantly changing business world, companies need to hire people
whoareadaptable,loyal,knowledgeable,dependableandconfident,thereb
ycreatingafoundationforsuccess”(Saez,n.d.).
AccordingtoHumanResourceInstituteofNewZealand,“Iftherecruitmenti
snotdoneeffectively then this will have wide reaching implications for
the organization in the long term.Often employers can get this
recruitment and selection process wrong, either through neglect
orignorance, even though everyone is aware how important and more
importantly how expensive itis to recruit employees in the current
market. Therefore, it is important that the HR is involved
intheentirerecruitmentandselectionprocess”(HumanResourceInstituteof

My internship in Talent Corner HR Services Pvt. Ltd has been a great
experience for me. I had learned how theHR department of an
organization functions and the knowledge that I gained in my MBA
courseworkshelped metointegrate theoretical conceptswithreal
lifescenario.

During my internship,I conducted a survey to find out the“Employee’s
Perception of theRecruitment and Selection Practices of Talent Corner
HR Services Pvt. Ltd”. This survey enabled me to identifythe
perception of theemployees working in theorganization and also
helped me to understandthe motivations as well as grievances of
employees in an organization. According to the result ofmy survey and
my practical observation in the workplace, the Talent corner HR
Services employees werequalifiedandcompetent
intheirworkbuttheywereabit dissatisfiedwiththeir hiringprocess.
Therefore,inconclusion,Talent corner HR
ServicesPvt.Ltdshouldcontinuouslystrivetoimprovetheiremployee
perception by improving the recruitment and selection process in order
to retain theiremployeesand ultimatelyboost the profitabilityof
thecompany.
4.3 RECOMMENDATION
 Company must improve their marketing strategies and focus
on extension of operations through mass acquisition of client.
 Demand for one click bookings are more than the manual
bookings so mobile application should be developed as soon
as possible to get more customers.

 Development of business should be done through more hiring
and investment which will result in profit making to company in
long run.

This survey enabled me to identifythe perception of theemployees working in theorganization and also helped me to understandthe motivations as well as grievances of employees in an organization. According to the result ofmy survey and my practical observation in the workplace, the Talent corner HR Services employees werequalifiedandcompetent intheirworkbuttheywereabit dissatisfiedwiththeir hiringprocess.
