Engineer - Quality Control department
 Carry out In-house & Vendor inspection of Fabrication,Welding, Casting ,Machining components &
complete Pump as per Code, QAP & Manufacturing Drawing.
 Prepare Calibration Plan of measuring Instruments & Pressure Gauges.
 Conduct Dynamic Balancing of Impeller & Hydro test of components as per customer requirement.
 Perform PMI examination of SS & AS material at receipt & final stage.
 Coordinate with Customer or TPIA or Client during final Inspection for inspection clearence.
 Prepare the relevant Quality documents viz. Quality Assurance Plan ,Supplier’s MTC, NDT Reports etc.

2. Engineer - Quality Control/Assurance
 Conduct Inspection of Forgings as per approved QAP & drawing.
