  2. 2. Canon's previous campaigns This Canon campaign is "Ready.Set.Quit" (2/4/22) This is about people quitting their job and going for a more creative career. This campaign is helpful for people who wants to do photography or videography as a career but doesn't know where to start. This campaign does not pressure people into quitting their job if they are just starting out. Some people can turn this as a metaphor as it can start off as a hobby and eventually can be a career using this campaign to help. Canon wants people who inspires to be a photographer, videographer and anything else to do cameras, to go out there and do what you've always wanted to do. With passion, dedication and motivation you can make your once a hobby into a career. The way canon is doing this to work is by choosing four resignation letters that can be sent to four different employers and enroll the recent quitters in a mentorship program to become independent creators.
  3. 3. Canon's previous advertorials This advertorial was made in 2018 for Canon's new camera the EOS R. They have a slogan which is "Don't fear change, crave it". This slogan is inspirational for photographers that want to get out of their comfort zone with what they are shooting. This can inspire people to change locations, equipment they are using and to take careful risks with what they are shooting. In the fine print they have another inspiring quote about what you can do with these camera's this quote is "chase the impossible". This quote can make people who thinks their idea is impossible and won't be able to make it happen, can make you change your mindset with this type of camera and other Canon cameras can make you do what you want to achieve. On this advertorial these is a picture of the camera they are advertising. From the look of this camera, it looks like the type of camera you could change the lens to make your picture look different.
  4. 4. These are some examples of canon promotional advertisements for different types of cameras that they have made and promoted throughout the years. They have added small description about product. These are some examples of the different type of cameras they create. As you can see some of them are more advanced because of what to use them for and features.
  5. 5. Canon previous magazines This is an example of what canon magazine promote. The promote how you can understand canon cameras in '12 hours'. The layout of this magazine is they have a big title at the top of the magazine, that is the company they use to promote their magazines. Their second major title is about how if you practice with your canon camera all day, you can understand features that they have put underneath the title. This magazine has some parts that you could add to your camera to improve your photography. They show you what type of quality photos you will get with these camera that they have advertised and the other types of cameras that have the same style. They also give you reasons to go outside to take pictures of the environment or people you are with. As these photos will give you different styles that you might not have tried before. As these types can have different lighting and overall landscape of what you have be taking in the different environments. This type of magazine would be appealing to people who wants to do photography professionally or as a hobby. They would get valuable information about canon cameras, what different environments you can use to create different shots and loads of different type of content. This type of magazine wouldn't be appealing to people who does not want to do photography as this magazine would be all about cameras and how they work and how you can use everything to create the best picture. The colours of this magazine is bring and summer colours, which could indicate nature, as there is a field of flowers for the main background of the magazine.

Canon's previous products Over the years Canon has made loads of different cameras that appeal to different type of content creators, whether this is photographers, videographers, office works printers, medical imaging experts and more. The reasons why they make different types of cameras is because of the different features. The more advanced features maybe more appealing to people who are doing these jobs professionally than someone who is just doing this as a hobbies. One of canon's popular model of cameras is the Canon G7X mark ii. This type of camera is mostly used for content creators who are videographers. The most popular way you are going to see these cameras used is on YouTube. This is because it is a perfect vlogging camera, as it is small and compact. It has everything that you could possibly want. It has a flip up view finder so you can see what is in you shot and what is not. This also helps to find out what is in focus. Canon EOS 850D is the type of camera people might use to take pictures. This type of style would be used for people who are photographers. This is because you could add different lens which will have different features and make the picture look different and more detailed. With the different lens this can increase and decrease the zoom of the object you are taking a picture of; this means that you can have close and detailed photo, or you could have the object and its surrounds in a nice detailed but zoomed out picture.
