Mollie lives by the simple motto "Fortune favours the
bold", which began her journey in the financial services
industry after graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
With her newly minted diploma and limited work
experience, Mollie eventually found purpose and
direction with AXA and decided to take the road less
travelled; becoming a Financial Planner.
Her decision to embrace this entrepreneurial role,
coupled with her resilience, grit and willingness to learn
have been essential to her success for the past decade.
Through the professional mentorship Mollie has
received from her Honorary Director, she has also
evolved her career over the years from an Executive
Financial Planner to a Senior Financial Services
Manager.
Some of Mollie’s recent accolades that she has
achieved with her team in 2014 include; Top Rookie
Financial Services Manager (FSM) Award, Top Million
Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Unit for grooming the most
number of MDRT Qualifiers and Platinum Club (FSM
Category) at company level. At industry level, Mollie and
her team have also attained the Platinum Award (Direct
Category) at the Singapore Management Awards 2015
from the Financial Services Managers’ Association.
