My Profile, Strengths & Expectations
I am a simple, friendly and easy-going person. I excel and love working in a team, thrive under stress and good at meeting-
up with datelines. I’m goal driven and naturally comfortable managing the ‘bigger picture’ of things rather than the micro
specific ones. I would say that by now I am more of a generalist as I have been exposed to few areas along the way that
leads to where I am now. I am a ‘borderline’ extrovert which means I am able to ‘feel’ and understand both extrovert and
introvert people around me better thus able to spice-up the team dynamics through my character, personality, knowledge
and vision. I must admit that I am also the one that rocks-the-boat from time to time not for fun’s sake but more of making
sense of the perspective and spectrum of the project/decision itself.
I can communicate and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia and through my working experience, I was fortunate that
these skills were further elevated and groomed by constant interactions with variety of personalities while coordinating and
attending meetings, events, appointments, presentations, etc. I am a quick learner and capable to manage multiple tasks
and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. I am also able to give convincing presentations with versatility and
adaptability to suit different level of the workforce.
I am seeking a managerial position at your respectable corporation where I can work in a fresh and challenging
environment and at the same time expand my experience. I am looking forward for a career that will allow me to utilise my
skills in my area of competence and a career that gives me a chance to be part of a team that contributes towards the
growth of the organization, thereby yielding the twin benefits of job satisfaction and professional growth.
