Duties & Responsibilities
Providing existing and potential customers with a superior and consistent quality
service promoting and selling all products and services. To ensure a comprehensive
sales / system support and information brokerage service to customers with regards to
all products rates, details, bookings, connections, and regulations.
Attended to queries from customers on export or import of freight. Provide information
on rates/tariffs, Assist customers in Navigating on systems such as Sky chain &
skycargo.com, tracking of shipments in order to provide a high standard of customer
service.
Attended to telephone inquiries by making reservations, giving flight status,
quotations, accepting bookings over the phone or in person from agents who are dealt
with on cash basis.
Attended to and record customer complaints and suggestions, initiated relevant action
on functional and operational issues, conducted necessary follow-up to ensure
customer satisfaction and long term relationship using the specific software
programme.
Ensure staff & Agents are aware about changes such as new destinations, tariff, fuel
surcharge, embargo, restrictions etc. and special guidelines given to customers for
shipments like AVI/HUM/PER/DGR/VUN in order to disseminate accurate and prompt
information providing consistent quality service.
Maintained close liaison with principal customers on a daily basis to check on the
status of shipments, space availability and keep them updated and provide them with
excellent customer service.
Compile statistics and generate reports on the sales/revenue which needs to be
handed over to Revenue accounts on a daily basis in order to ensure that correct rates
are applied and payments are claimed from respective agents as well as service
levels.
Assisted supervisor with better planning of roster /resources on a regular basis.
Providing the highest standard of customer service to agents, shippers, GSAs &
airlines
and where applicable comply with the IATA/Carrier/country regulations to ensure error
free arrangements.

 Responsible for arranging Smooth and Timely Deliveries to the Vessels
 Pricing of Quotations with Competitive Target
 Maintained Different Levels of the customer Relations.
 Coordinating and Scheduling Delivery of store to Vessels.

 Communicating with the Vessels and Ship Agents.
