Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
The developed software solution comes with a warranty of six months
from the date of sign-off. During warranty period customization and
implementation support will be given to you free of cost within the
scope of SRS. Warranty period does not include additional free training
to ‘new users’ after the sessions are completed.
Annual Maintenance Services: After the expiry of Warranty period,
Annual Maintenance charges as agreed, will be charged which includes
telephonic and onsite support to the user. Annual Maintenance does
not include free training to new users.

Account Manager, who works with you to identify and solve your
reported problem.
If the problem is not resolved during the primary contact, the Account
Manager assigns a tracking number to the problem and does additional
research or might pass it to a specialist.
