I am mainly interested in understanding the immune-neuro interactions during inflammation. In particular, I am investigating the migratory pathways of dendritic cells between CNS and cervical lymph nodes and how modulating such pathways would affect the formation and development of T helper lymphocyte immune responses in response to neuroinflammation. Among the questions I am aiming to answer is how these migratory pathways would contribute to the pathogenesis of neuroinflammation conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
