may be defined. These are key achieveable
milestones towards that individual goal.

There is only ONE Big Objective for the AiZtech Company at every time period
(eg Month / Qr/Yr)
This One Company Objectives guides all effort priorities across all functions and
teams
Everyone will be working towards delivering that ONE Goal from her/ his own
domain

 Everyone - starting with the CEO - sets own indiviual goals across 4 areas:
 Deliver Goal: Define your own critical deliverable for the delivery of the One
Company Goal
 Learn Goal: Define your own critical learning for the One Comoany Goal
of the month or max the Quarter
 Breakthrough Goal: If not limited by traditional thinking, idetnify
your own stretch goal that is not bound by resources limitation
 Fear-Handling Goal: What is the worst thing that can happen
in this period? How can you prevent it / Handle it / Repair it?

Step 3
3  Each goal will be achived by delviering up to 3 Key Results
 These results represent completed business deliverable towards that goal.
 The results follow the SMART structure
 The results are assigned a target week for delivery.
 After doing the 3 results for each of the 4 goals , try placing them
in the best fitting weekly box to balance delivrables within and across
gaols.

Now...
 The OGR’s aims to help us in AiZtech be Choiceful on how we spend a moment of our collective attention
 It helps us focus on the most critical deliverable and resist dilutive tasks
 This exercise will be done every month end to plan our OGRs for the coming month
 Every week, we will track the progress on Key Results in our Traction Calls
 For starters, we will use a simple traffic light system to colour-code weekly progress
 Green : Result Delivered
 Yellow: Work in progress
 Red: Work not yet started or started then road-blocked or failed
 This OGR’s exercise should take 1-2hrs to draft individuals OGRs and 15 mins to color code the weekly progress
 Use Slide#6 to draft your OGR’s then share it with everyone for an open conversation. A fresh perspective helps.
 Once OGR’s are aligned at the month start, we use them as a our true north for guiding our day to day activities.
