Holding Human Resources Management Professional Diploma from Regional IT Institute (RITI)

Management Skills:
 Acting as a Digital Incubation Center Section Head for last five months since January 2015, in
Qatar.
o Setting 6 Months implementation plans for strategies.

o Handling a poll of 14 startups with around 50 resident Technology entrepreneurs.
o Overlooking Marketing campaigns to ensure successful intakes.
Manage Training Operations:
 Over 9 years of vertical experience since 2006 till present working with different government and
corporate entities in Egypt and Qatar, attending for their different training needs.

o Represented the training service provider (vendor).
o Designed training programs for the Government, private corporate and NGO sectors.
o Service was provided to over 25,000 persons.

o Dealing with different training vendors, centers (governmental / private), freelance local
and international speakers and trainers.
o Service was provided to over 5,500 clients in Egypt and to over 600 clients in Qatar.

 Analyzed training needs to all corporate employees and assisted HR departments to set a
development plan to all employee levels

in accurate analysis and defining the employees training needs and designing compatible

 External: established excellent extended relationship with different entities and maintained
service contracts since 2012 till present.
Managing Budget:
 Managed training budgets in Egypt of 2 million USD on 3 years. The service was targeted to
5,500 persons among which 500 person in top management.
 Managed training budgets in Qatar of 2.5 million QR on 3 years. The service was targeted to 600
persons.
Event Management at ictQatar:
 Managed Startup Weekend 2013 and 2014, Innovation Theater 2014, QITCOM 2014 and Angel
Investment Boot camp 2014 in Qatar.
 Responsible for all logistics and event management operations.
Procurement:

government and private corporate sectors in Qatar and Egypt.
