- Why a gem? It has significantly increased participation of students who would otherwise be quiet and not participate I am able to give feedback ( I do not only choose the correct answers but also show the wrong ones I am able to engage my students using different tools. Example – if they get called using pick-a-name, for some reason they are more willing to respond compared to me calling them “randomly”\ REALTIME Can be through teams, zoom, meet, fb live, videocall etc But for it to be really effective TEACHER STUDENT
