A workshop from the MmIT 2016 conference "Digital Citizenship - What is the library's role?" held in Sheffield from 12-13 September 2016. Changes in scholarly publishing have created a requirement for authors to leverage multiple digital tools in order to build their profile, identity, scholarship and impact within and beyond their institutions. This workshop provided an opportunity for delegates to discuss and reflect on tools which can be used to build an online scholarly presence.
