You = are (you can be either singular or plural)
I = am
We = are (we is definitely plural)
They = are (they is also plural)
He, she, it = is (these are singular)
7. To have?
I = have
You = have

He, She, It = has
8. Neither, Either
Both of these take the singular (he, she, it) form
of a verb
They refer to a singular (even though it seems
they are referring to plural)
