13. What is a noun?
A noun is a word before which you can say
“the”, “a”, “my”… or numbers.
Eg. the fork, a chair, my brother, two
people…

14. What is an adjective?
A word that describes another word.
Eg. big, red, good, milky, tall…
In English adjectives comes before the
noun.
Eg. a big apple, my red book, the milky way
In French, some adjectives come before
the noun, and other after the noun.
