8. Design Approach
Concept illustrates the fast and slow circulations. It is inspired by “Curvy Mountain River” that
instantly cross from one to another channel while removing obstacles; resulting smooth
motion throughout the complex. Moreover, design resembles the union of two veins or arteries
which is a symbol of circulation and life. This helps minimize the impact on internal, external
environmental and circulation conditions which promote sharing of all the resources with in a
whole facility. This designidea enhance the existing building to a place of community by an
interactive and connective designscheme.

CONCEPT STATEMENT
▪ Rational use of land. A two-story
house takes up less space than a one-
story house. This allows you to make a
garden on the site, and area with
barbecue facilities.
▪ High level of comfort. Two- story are
helping to zone all the space perfectly.
▪ The house can accommodate up to 4-5
residents. It has a kitchen and dining
area, a living room, a bathroom on
each floor, three bedrooms, a gym in
the basement, a terrace with a
barbecue area, and a seating area.
Also, the territory can accommodate
up to three cars.
▪ The total area of each floor is 92 m2.

by a value of 1/3 of a grid box. This provides
shades to lover levels.
