11. Robert E. Pozesky, Partner
Bob has over 20 years of experience in applying business improvement strategies both as a consultant and as an
operations leader. Prior to joining ATG Execution, he was a partner in a successful Operations Improvement and
Strategy Implementation consulting practice. Bob was the Vice President of Operations for a technology-based
management services organization. In this role, he guided the restructuring of daily operations, improvement of
key business processes, and development of a management reporting system while returning the organization to
profitability. He was a key team member involved in integrating acquired companies and streamlining operations
and information systems at sites around the country. Bob has also worked in various roles providing a breadth of
implementation-based consulting services centered on process redesign and management to the health care,
manufacturing, and service industries.
Bob has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and a dual Masters of Engineering in Operations Research and
Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. He is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence
with the American Society for Quality. Bob has also completed his initial Fundamentals of Engineering certification
in progress towards licensure as a Professional Engineer and has completed post graduate course work in
Healthcare Management.
Bob is a Board Member of Manos House, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility for teenage boys. He was on the
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lancaster County Board of Directors for nine years, is a 2004 Forty Under 40 award
winner presented by the Central Penn Business Journal, a 2002 Graduate of Leadership Lancaster, a Senior
Member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, a Senior Member in the American Society for Quality, a past
judge for the Lancaster Science & Engineering Fair, and was a baseball coach with the Hempfield Youth
Association. Bob enjoys skiing, golf, traveling and photography.

12. Michael W. Schmid, MBA, Partner
Mike has a special emphasis and expertise in strategic planning, marketing communications and programming,
and product and business development. A former business owner of a snack/confectionery manufacturing firm,
he has a deep background in production operations and logistics in food, electronics, and industrial equipment.
He enjoys a solid reputation and track record of driving businesses and products from concept to thriving,
revenue-generating ventures. Mike is a hands-on, professional with an acumen for turn-around activities. He has
over 17 years of experience directing profitability improvement and brand-equity via product development
initiatives and innovation. Mike is highly skilled in marketing communications and PR and leveraging integrated
campaigns to grow market share and quickly build awareness.
Prior to his engagement with ATG Execution, Mike was the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
for Valco Companies, Inc. – a global manufacturer of machinery and systems for the animal agriculture sector.
In his early career, Mike served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy in both active duty and
reserve capacities. Following the Navy, Mike managed two lines of business for Leitch Technology Corporation, a
manufacturer and worldwide distributor of professional television, cable and satellite broadcast equipment. He
later joined the Wolfgang Candy Company as Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in German language with a minor in naval science and a master’s degree in
business administration from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Mike serves as Junior Warden on the Vestry at
St James Episcopal Church in Lancaster, PA and on the boards of LancasterHistory.org, North York Properties and
the York County Tourism Foundation. He has recently served on the boards of the York County Convention &
Visitors Bureau, the North Museum of Natural History and Science, and the Boy Scouts of America - Distinguished
Citizen of Lancaster County Initiative. He has been active in several trade committees, including the Marketing
Committee of the National Chicken Council, the Marketing Committee for the National Confectioners Association,
the Pennsylvania Food Marketing Cooperative, and the Central Pennsylvania Food Manufacturers’ Consortium.

13. Oneida D. DeLuca, FACHE, Partner
Oneida had an extensive background in business consulting and project management. Prior to ATG Execution,
Oneida started and grew Birchwood Consulting Group with her partner for 13 years. This management
engineering firm helped a wide range of businesses improve profitability by identifying and implementing
strategic and operational improvements that improve bottom-line results. She also worked as a Senior Consultant
for a "Big Five" accounting and consulting firm, leading business systems consulting projects in manufacturing,
healthcare, and service organizations. She has experience as an internal consultant for two of Central PA ’s
largest employers providing operational analysis expertise, guiding reengineering and improvement projects, and
leading cost-reduction activities. In addition, Oneida was a production planner for a Fortune 500 manufacturing
corporation and periodically teaches undergraduate healthcare administration courses for Penn State-York and
Lancaster campuses.
Oneida has a B.A. degree in Physics from Franklin & Marshall College, a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering
from Columbia University, and an M.S. degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph's University. Also, she has
completed graduate work in Industrial Engineering and Management while working as a teaching and research
assistant at North Carolina State University.
Oneida is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster, a 2005 recipient of the "Best 50 Women in Business" award
presented by the PA Department of Community & Economic Development, and a 2002 recipient of the Forty
Under 40 business leadership award presented by the Central Penn Business Journal. In addition, she is a board
member of Schreiber Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, the past Chair of the Lancaster County Workforce
Investment Board, a member of the Lancaster Rotary, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives,
and a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. Oneida is also a volunteer and active participant in her two
sons’ school and sports activities.

14. David W. Whitwell CPA, MBA
David is B2B CFO Partner providing as needed CFO services. He is an operationally-focused financial executive
with twenty five years of broad financial, accounting and management experience helping companies be more
successful. David has a diversified range of industry experience from pharma to manufacturing to tech and
business services. He has been the CFO for small, privately -held entrepreneurial companies and small public
companies as well as Divisional CFO for a large multi-billion dollar entity. He was Manager of Finance with
Schering-Plough, and he started his career in the “big Eight” with Ernst & Young in public accounting.
David's strengths include a strong analytical and problem solving ability, effective communication skills, business
process enhancement, acquisition integration and cash flow improvement. He prides himself on being able to
effectively develop, summarize and communicate financial information to non-financial managers. Some areas of
expertise include: Budgeting and Planning; Acquisition Analysis & Integration; Operational & Financial Analysis;
Strategic Business Plans & Start-ups; Fund Raising including Bank and Venture Capital; Cost Reduction &
Restructuring; and, Internal Controls and Processes.
During the last fifteen years David has developed new strategic business plans for mature businesses as well as
start-ups and new cutting edge technologies. He has performed many activity based cost analyses for companies
to help them identify and turn around, low or poor performing business segments or product lines. He has
participated in license negotiations for patented new technologies and pharmaceutical products as well as
manufacturing agreements. In addition, he has been involved with evaluating, selling and integrating numerous
acquisitions during his career. He has assisted in raising many forms of capital including venture capital, bridge
loans and bank financing. He has also managed the process of listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM)
of the London Stock Exchange.
David has a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Lehigh University. He
completed several master of industrial engineering courses at the University of Memphis. He is a Certified Public
Accountant as well as a Certified Management Accountant. He was the 2011 Philadelphia Business Journal part-
time CFO of year for one of his B2BCFO clients. He is the executive director of the BYC soccer program and a
past board member of the Stamford child care center and the Kirkwood Glen homeowners association. He is
active in his local community volunteering at his children's school and coaching their sport's teams.

15. Librado Gonzalez, PhD, MBA, CCM, CEC, CSSMNN
Transforming your business into a successful international venture requires a deep understanding of economic
relationships and the world’s inter-connectedness. With an MBA and licensed law degrees in the Americas and
Europe, Librado can lead your business through the intricacies of international growth and development.
Librado’s experience as a hands-on manufacturing professional includes creating alliances that enabled numerous
companies to successfully establish themselves in Latin America, including 3M, Dell, BASF and Noritex. He has
also assisted the government of Panama in their economic development strategies, and created alliances to allow
businesses to develop commerce with Latin America through local government-supported initiatives in North
Carolina. Certified in Master Black Belt Six Sigma and Lean Implementation, and accredited as a Human Resource
Professional, Librado’s track record includes achievements in labor negotiations, union avoidance, performance
management, and personal development on the professional, leadership and organizational levels.
Librado has a BS in Clinical Psychology and Philosophy form Central America Institute of Technology, a Business
Management degree from the University of South Carolina, and PhD in Management and Human Resources from
LaSalle University, and an MBA from the University of Barcelona. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and
Italian.
