textiles. Highly experienced company in the textile warp knitting technology that is currently the worldwide market leader
and supplier of 3Mesh spacer fabric. Dedicated to continuously improving the performance and quality of its products and
to work hand in hand with customers in the Automotive and Technical Textiles market to develop new solutions for
individual applications.
· In charge of supervising the day to day operations of a team of five customer service representatives (CSR), two
shipping leaders, two shipping clerks and 16 warehouse men.
· Together we manage the accounts of 59 unique customers with multiple ship to locations; each customer account
has to be handled by a very well trained CSR with the full knowledge of what are the customers individual needs
and expectations regarding order fulfillment, daily or weekly shipment schedules, on time delivery, logistics,
product quality, special labeling and approved packing instructions
· 95 % of the current customer base is from the automotive market, thus the MTMX CSR team main job is to keep
constant communication with their customers and provide them with quick and accurate information.
· Built a core team of CSR that has been trained to meet and exceed all customer needs and requirements, these
CSR have a high sense of ownership, awareness to know when to escalate urgent matters and a very keen sense
of how their decisions can affect the company’s profitability.
