Customer Service Supervisor (December 2013 – Present)
Muller Textiles Inc. (MTMX) – www.mullertextiles.com - $150 MM USD Developer and producer of three dimensional
textiles. Highly experienced company in the textile warp knitting technology that is currently the worldwide market leader
and supplier of 3Mesh spacer fabric. Dedicated to continuously improving the performance and quality of its products and
to work hand in hand with customers in the Automotive and Technical Textiles market to develop new solutions for
individual applications.
· In charge of supervising the day to day operations of a team of five customer service representatives (CSR), two
shipping leaders, two shipping clerks and 16 warehouse men.
· Together we manage the accounts of 59 unique customers with multiple ship to locations; each customer account
has to be handled by a very well trained CSR with the full knowledge of what are the customers individual needs
and expectations regarding order fulfillment, daily or weekly shipment schedules, on time delivery, logistics,
product quality, special labeling and approved packing instructions
· 95 % of the current customer base is from the automotive market, thus the MTMX CSR team main job is to keep
constant communication with their customers and provide them with quick and accurate information.
· Built a core team of CSR that has been trained to meet and exceed all customer needs and requirements, these
CSR have a high sense of ownership, awareness to know when to escalate urgent matters and a very keen sense
of how their decisions can affect the company’s profitability.
· All CSR at MTMX know that no request, concern or issue can be ignored or unattended; commitment to always
follow up and provide updates as needed (externally to customer or internally to management and the support
departments) is one of the basic skills required to be a successful team member.
· My position requires review of customer score cards, weekly consolidation and analysis of global customer
demands, overview of raw material order placement to sister plants (Slovakia, Germany and China), generation
sales forecast and sales report. Serving as liaison between new Customer and Muller Textiles Sales team and
program managers; EDI knowledgeable and experienced in preparation of the annual sales budget.
· Highly organized and dedicated to meet the company’s goals; easy to work with and intelligent. Enjoy working

environment and make day to day work activities more lean and efficient.
Materials Planner and International Buyer (May 2007 – Present)
GE Lighting Solutions – www.led.com - $300 million World wide supplier for LED based technology of traffic / train
lights, refrigerator display light, tetra contour lights, area (parking lot) lights, contemporary (street) light, etc (see web
site for more details).
· In charge of managing accounts for various customers for whom we supplied over $ 100 million US Dollars in
parts per year.
· Reduce and maintain in house raw material inventory by 40 % and Die Cut inventory by 30 % in a 6 month
period by implementing control procedures based of scheduling to production lines.
· Minimized premium freight by determining freight responsibility based off lead times from customer and
motivating planning department time to be proactive and not reactive under any circumstance with all of our
suppliers.
· Reduced and minimized obsolescence during the launch of new programs, through engineering changes and
during their build out period through detailed matrixes and sharing of information.
· Successfully launch of new programs with minimum inbound premium freight or obsolescence.
· Monitor the company’s Supplier Performance through constant contact with customer’s material scheduler /
planner.

Irvin Automotive – Acuña, Coah - $200 million Automotive Seat Trim, Armrest and Sun Visors Manufacturer
· In charge of managing accounts for various customers for whom we supplied over $ 100 million US Dollars in
parts per year.
· Reduce and maintain in house raw material inventory by 40 % and Die Cut inventory by 30 % in a 6 month
period by implementing control procedures based of scheduling to production lines.
· Minimized premium freight by determining freight responsibility based off lead times from customer and
motivating planning department time to be proactive and not reactive under any circumstance with all of our
suppliers.
· Reduced and minimized obsolescence during the launch of new programs, through engineering changes and
during their build out period through detailed matrixes and sharing of information.

· Monitor Company’s web based supplier releasing system named I-Supply to make sure accurate inventory levels
are shown to suppliers and EDI transmissions are done with no problem.
MRO Buyer (Jul-1999 – Jan-2002)
Alcoa Fujikura Ltd – Acuña, Coah - Automotive Wire and Harness Manufacturer
· In charge or purchase of replacement parts for equipment and machines used in production process of harnesses
and wire extrusion.
