Supervisor - Operating a Micro Thermic Machine for food Manufacturing. Operating inline Homogenizer
and a clean process hood. Miniature Plant Trials are conducted in the Pilot Plant where customers can
formulate and process products at conditions ranging from hot-filling to Ultra High Temperature (UHT)
processes (for aseptic and extended shelf life products). To duplicate tastes, color, aroma and long term
trials (shelf life etc.) before it goes to a large scale Production in the plant. Writing S.O.P.'s for the pilot
plant and operation of equipment. Tooling or making repairs on Micro Thermic as needed. Leading new
construction in the Research and Development flavor plant. Commissioning all new mixers, blinders boiler
and C.I.P/C.O.P. cleaning tanks.
2. Lab Technician - I create flavors from a formula given to me by a chemist. As well as preparing batches to
be processed on the Micro Thermic from the customers Formulas. I would also make
changes to Formulas, batch by batch depending on what the customer would like to change.
Purchasing - Ordering all supplies/etc. needed for R&D, Pilot Plant, Flavor plant, Equipment needed for
new construction, Flavors lab and Applications lab from multiple vendors. Entering all items into SAP as I
order and Receive goods. Coordinating all repairs needed for the building and equipment, from third part
business.
Customer Relations - Working first hand with customers from what they are looking for in a beverage to
processing, taste testing, and making changes as needed. Also give them a walkthrough of the large
scale plant to insure that we are the right processing company for their needs. (From start to finish)

Reactor Operator/ Lab Tech III - R&D Pilot Plant start up
Operating gas-to-liquid (GTL) Fischer-Tropsch (FT) synthesis to produce renewable transportation fuels
(biofuels) also known as (Jet/Rocket fuels, FT wax, oil). Worked with high temperatures and pressures
(150-300 °C) (302-572 °F). Operating a Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) as a feedstock into (syngas) for
the FT reactor, H:CO ratio is around 2.0:1. The outlet temperature of the syngas is between 950-1200 C
and outlet pressure can be as high as 100 barg. Lab testing for chemicals and ratios, using lab equipment
and a Gas Chromatographic.
