Dear Hiring Manager,
As a highly experienced Electronics Technician with CSRA already, I believe I would be a perfect fit
for this position.
With over nine years’ experience repairing computers and military simulators, I am well practiced in
diagnosing issues, breaking down systems, and completing high-quality repairs. My on-the-job
experience has given me a well-rounded skill set which includes but is not limited to:
• Consulting with customers to quickly determine problems and come up with solutions.
• Performing quality repairs quickly, correctly, and ethically.
• Disassembling systems and rebuilding them.
• Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues including viruses.
• Providing first-rate service and quality repairs.
I am very good at figuring out how new electronics equipment works, how to repair components
with little or no information or schematics and getting it up and running again. I never send out a
product to my customers, until it is thoroughly inspected for quality. I have done repairs on many
different computers, simulated weapons, cables, and air compressors. I also, have 9 years’ experience
trouble shooting with customers over the phone. I have learned a great deal about researching and
ordering my own parts and IC’s. I was also, in charge of keeping a 100% inventory of my parts.
In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have Associate’s in Electronics and am working
towards my Bachelor’s in Information Technology. I will have my Bachelor’s degree within the next
year. Please review my attached resume for additional details regarding my expertise and career
achievements.
If you contact my references, two of which are customers, you will see that I work above and beyond
to keep my customers happy.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Michelle Cherie Maldonado
