CorpPass is a digital identity for companies to conduct online transactions with government agencies such as ACRA, CPF board, and IRAS. CorpPass registration requires a company's UEN number and applies to all locally registered companies. There are three key roles in CorpPass - the Registered Officer who oversees company CorpPass matters, the CorpPass Administrator who is nominated by the Registered Officer and must have a SingPass account, and CorpPass Users who are appointed by the Administrator to conduct online transactions. To register for a CorpPass account, the Registered Officer must log in with their SingPass, enter the company UEN number and other details, and submit the registration request.
