ABOUT THE FOUNDER
 Born and raised in the poverty-
stricken Sandtown community of
Baltimore, Mr. Randolph has
specialized in community
strategic comprehensive
planning for distressed
communities for over 20 years.
 His first introduction to community
building was in the mid 1980s
when he was hired as a
community organizer. From there
he advanced to a community
strategist, program developer,
grant writer, to designing
comprehensive solutions for
urban distress neighborhoods..

GRANT PROPOSAL WORKSHOPS AND GRANT PROPOSALS Workshop includes: • How to prepare Government, Corporation, Foundation, and other types of grant proposals • How to do research for funding and qualitative and quantitative support • How to prepare RFP’s, RFQ’s, concept papers, and letters of intent • Learn the technical language used by grant writers and funders • Grant Management Mr. Randolph also has done extensive work as a grant evaluator. Providing an overview of grant writing strategies to nonprofits in the Tampa bay area. Teaching Grant Writing to a group of non profits and small businesses in Tampa, Florida. The workshop will provide an intensive and interactive grant proposal development experience where you will learn the proposal writing process in its entirety. While most grant writing “workshops” treat program development and evaluation as separate from grant writing of a proposal, this class will teach students the relationship between overall program planning and all the strategic communication, including grant writing. Each student will learn to stop writing the grant and to start writing the story.
