Michael Pinckney is an experienced project manager, and a charismatic, visionary, and transformational leader. He has served in multiple capacities throughout his professional career. Michael believes that leadership differs from management, because managers are appointed, but leaders are anointed. A Veteran, passionate and committed to a career of public service, Michael seeks to use his management and leadership skills to change and improve workplace performance through the development of people and processes, to include training and learning development. Furthermore, Michael has plans on pursuing either a PhD and/or JD.
