 The only catering The Summit will be doing is what is
listed on the Summit approved catering menu in the
rental packets when give/email out.
 When you talk to our patrons, make sure to convey
that information to them. If there is a cultural or
dietary need that may need addressing, send to
Dennis.

4. Today’s Agenda
 Rentals
 On weekends, we only need 1 staff member
at the front desk when rentals take place,
other staff need to be involved checking in on
rental clients (a/v needs, etc) and checking on
caterer.
 It is our job to be active with the rentals and
make sure their needs are satisfied
throughout the evening they are with us.

5. Today’s Agenda
 Pickleball
 We have had a boost in non-resident day passes
coming for pickleball. We are doing a 1 month trial
(just for pickleball) where we will take away the 3 day
pass limit for participation.
 If this becomes a problem at ANY point, please notify Linda
and Levi immediately. I’ll explain…
3 pass limit still in effect with all other day passes, but
again, this is a 1-month trial only with pickleball to see
how it goes.
