10. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“The web-seminar was great. I liked it a lot,
because I have heard a lot of new tips and tricks
that I haven't heard before. I liked it as well
because it was very well presented with a lot of
practical cases. The speaker showed us a good
and a bad example of the elements ... Really it
was a good presentation and I wish we could hear
some more of this topic."

11. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“This Guest has a ‘hear inviting’ voice, spoke nicely (slow) not
stressed, without focusing what he wanted to tell the audience.
I still think the program should be kept within 60 minutes. Have
a look at http://www.pechakucha.nl. This Pecha Kucha cam from
Japan and is spread out all over the world. The performance is
very strict, not more then 10 minutes and not more then 20
slides you are used to tell something about your work and
introduction. The intention is of course a little different, but
perhaps a frame from 60 minutes and lets say 20 or 30 slides is
an option. We still believe your idea is a very good one”.
12. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
" This web-seminar was very nice. Not only did the
speaker give some theory about the topic, but he also
gave a perfect example about the theory. I am
definitely going to attend many more this kind of
seminars..”

13. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“Though it was very good, as always, for me, there
was something missing in the content, like a
practical example of a client entering a website
and simulating a shop.”

asked this person if we may publish his or her name
14. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“I have 3 years experience with design of landing
pages, and I have read lots of books about the
topics. However, this seminar still gave me
plenty of useful tips that I have not learned
before. I went straight to fixing the pages we
already have up and running. Thanks!”

15. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
" I WANT MORE. KAI RADANITSCH BLEW ME AWAY WITH HIS
CONCRETE TIPS AND ADVICE. THE PART ABOUT THE
PLACEMENT OF USPS IN A LIST OF BULLETS WAS WORTH
THOUSANDS ALONE. GIVE ME MOOOOOORE PLEASE”

17. Marketing learnings by Michael Leander
• It is interesting to see how differently two people review the same
experience. It again goes to prove how important it is to match
speaker, topic and competence level of attendees.
• Conversion from signup to attendance is a an issue with web-
seminars as it is with regular seminars. If I may ask; why is it so
difficult to send a cancellation email, if people cannot make it or
change their mind?
