position through your posting on Washingtonpost.com. My 7 years spent teaching students and cadets with
diverse backgrounds, as well as developing my Microsoft Access skills, make me an excellent candidate for this
position.
My work in technology and Microsoft Office at Year Up and Prince George’s Community College would bring
an innovative perspective to the Database Administrator position. For example, at Year Up, I created several
data tables and query designs by using Microsoft Access that required extensive studying. With this experience,
I believe I can add significant value to Georgetown as it develops a Microsoft database server. Additionally, I
received high evaluation marks from my coaches, who have stated that my approach to technology is
remarkable. With my technical skills and leadership qualities, I believe I can uphold the high standards and
expectations that Georgetown University sets for all their employees.
Along with my technical and Microsoft Office skills, I possess strong teamwork skills and extensive leadership
experience. Recently, I collaborated with three other people to complete a one-month project. This example
further demonstrates that I have the necessary skills and experience to manage short-term projects and work in
unity with others. Furthermore, I led various program initiatives and workshops within AFJROTC, such as
