label film, standard label films and lamination film as well as develop a program that would train sales, customers and
plant personal on these new and existing products and by communicating efficiently with the customer and collaborate
to identify new products and objectives. Responsible for Sales Development, R&D and Technical Service.
 Top line growth of PLA and OPS Shrink film with sales revenue at $16 M and growing 15% per

 Vision to create of a low dust and low scratch PLA and Polystyrene envelope window films in
collaboration with compounders to develop through innovation a specialty mineral compound that has
improved sales $10 M over the previous year.
 Accountable for PLA packaging films and implementation at the customer’s location has increased sales

 Managing customer sales and technical requests and problems by assigning the correct personnel or
traveling myself directly to customer facilities to train or assist in solving the issues presented. This
insight helped grow the business and resulted in savings of $1 to 2 M/Year in non-returned material.
 Patented RF Sealable Grade of PET resulting in an immediate increase in business of $10M.
 Traveled extensively overseas to recruit new sales the European marketplace giving a presentation,
answering questions and giving our business case accounting for an increase of $25 M in company
sales.
 The first to run biaxially oriented PLA film on a Cast and Tenter line in 1997.
 Worked on the development of the devolitizing system and design of Kama’s polymer plant that
reduced volatiles 300% and gave us a competitive advantage in high fat and chocolate foods over
our competition giving us $15 to 20M we would not have had without it.
 Created Freezer grade OPS with the capability for use in blast freezing foods creating sales of $3M.
 Responsible for the ISO 9000 regulatory implementation which allowed the company to sell to Europe.

Promoted to this supervisory position in recognition of previous accomplishments. Task was to develop new sales
growth in this entrepreneurial company thru development of new products, new materials, additive and mineral blends
as well as new projects that are customer-centric in nature.
 Worked with Ametek to create a filled additive concentrate package for a scratch resistant envelope
window film that was responsible for annual sales of $60M that positioned the company in the number
one position in the envelope marketplace.
 Gained great Leadership experience working with the team to bring PET, RPET and Side-by-Side
Co-extrusion Sheet for Thermoforming to the marketplace with sales of $30 M/yr.
 Brought Polypropylene assets up to generate a revenue stream of $7-8 M/yr.
 Led the build out and staffing of the Research and Development laboratory saving over $1M a year in
outside testing and productivity by giving results in a few hours that previously required a few days.
 Worked closely with the customer to create a strategy to develop an OPS urinalysis strip that would meet
the proper specifications to be read in a spectrophotometer and was profitable to the tune of $1 M/Yr.
in new business.
 Developed new line designed exclusively for thin OPS film and produced the competitive offerings of a
new lamination and label grades of OPS film worth $10M to the company.
