I’ve been fortunate enough to have lived in the area for about 30 years so I know it inside out. I think that

7. The Pool of Buyers
The first four weeks is the optimum time for attracting buyers to a property that is new to the market. When you list
your home with us, there is a fair chance that we already have the buyer on our database.
Buyers follow properties, not agents. This means that a buyer will purchase a property from any agent and there is no
real advantage to be gained by listing with multiple agents.
A lot of vendors believe that they need to list their property with more than one agent to gain maximum exposure. In
reality, all that happens is a duplication of the marketing effort which can confuse buyers and in some cases, give a

The process of selling a property can be stress free and lucrative or tense and disappointing. The good news is that you
