I have known Mike Dombrowski for nearly ten years. During that time, I have worked closely with him
on the annual La Amistad charity tennis event benefitting the Lakewood Center. The Lakewood Center
was established in 1981 and is a long-term treatment facility for adults with chronic mental illness.
Throughout this period, I have dealt with Mike on the planning, implementation and execution of the
event. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, well organized and able to interact with our
membership in a professional and courteous manner. Although Mike has not been an employee of our
club, he has been a valued partner and played an integral role in the success of these fund-raising
events.
I would highly recommend Mike for any top-level position in your organization. I know he will be a
tremendous asset to your team.

I have known Michael Dombrowski in a professional and personal capacity since 2003 when we first
worked together for a Fortune 500 company. Over the years I witnessed firsthand Michael’s ability to
take new concepts from design to implementation and to apply continued process-improvements for
the benefit of our customers, fellow associates, and ultimately, our company’s shareholders. Michael’s
collaborative approach to work, outstanding communication skills, and continued focus on putting
customers first - whether they were external or internal ones – enabled him to consistently deliver
year-over-year improvement and growth in a very complex operational environment
Equally, if not more, impressive has been the passion and ability Michael has demonstrated over the
years in the area of fundraising and event organizing for the benefit of multiple charities. I have
personally observed his proficiency as a leader of these events, to include everything from managing all
logistics to generating enthusiastic cooperation and buy-in from sponsors, vendors, and event
participants. The fact that Michael personally put in a tremendous amount of time and energy in these
endeavors, with no personal gain other than the satisfaction of seeing the positive impact they had on
the respective charity or foundation, speaks volume to not just his abilities, but his passion for helping
others and his ability to turn that passion into concrete, measurable results.
In all my experiences with Michael, he has always championed and demonstrated a high level of
personal and professional ethics while at the same time instilling that same approach in those around
him. His effectiveness as a leader is also derived from an extremely high EQ or emotional quotient that
combines a positive executive disposition in all interactions with an ability to enlist the enthusiastic
cooperation of others in pursuit of a given goal. In my opinion these attributes, in concert with his
discipline and outstanding work ethic, have been the key ingredients behind his continued and multiple
successes, whether in a traditional corporate environment or in the areas of fundraising and event
management.

I am delighted to have been asked to write a reference letter for Mike Dombrowski. I have had the pleasure of
working with him in a close capacity for more than 9 years. During this time, I have observed a level of
professionalism that is hard to find. Mike and I have worked on many projects in the past where he has proven
himself to be a great asset to not only the QA Department but to the company overall. His dedication and
generous nature makes him a leader that everyone wants to please. Mike also has great communication skills and
willingly provides any information needed in a timely manner that will help reduce trends that can negatively
impact our business. His attention to detail is dynamic and his eye for areas of opportunity is stellar.
His friendly nature makes our sales leaders and QA’s feel completely comfortable when asking for his assistance.
He is encouraged to join our weekly meetings and does so without ever complaining. On those weekly calls, he
informs us on what trends and issues that may be coming out of the East, but also highlights the positives which
are extremely important when getting your point across to others.
