CLEAN HOME PROJECT - HAMPTONS ECOLOGICAL HOME MANAGEMENT
SYSTEMS
Clean Home Project – Hamptons-EHMS
This project stems from the great need of the existing building environment to
clean its own act. Most building materials, their manufacturing processes and the building
processes themselves contribute greatly to the progressive pollution and obliteration of
nature on Planet Earth. Existing buildings and homes are significantly polluted, and are
contributing significantly to the progressive contamination of Planet Earth. The objective of
this project is to transform toxic / polluted homes into clean homes ... One home
at a time.
Every home can be significantly improved to become non-toxic / non-reactive,
increasing its intrinsic equity value and marketability. The following methodology is
applied:
1. A thorough Architectural Bau-Biologie (Building Biology) evaluation is
conducted in order to elucidate and ascertain the toxic elements and processes present in
the home. This unique profile of toxic elements is identified through a variety of testing
methods including syncrometer testing.
2. Consequently a priority sequence of containment and removal methods is
implemented.
3. A number of nontoxic / nonreactive noble biocompatible materials are
identified and procured, preferably from the local ecosystem. These materials along
with the non-polluting building methods are carried out within the design plan and associated
budget.
4. An important part of the plan to transform the existing home into an ecological clean home
is: Living the Code: Return to the Ecological Garden. This simple but powerful code is
at the core of the Ecological Communities Project described in YouTube video and separate
document. In the existing home all available land besides structure is transformed
into an ecological garden with an optimal ratio of trees, plants (including
medicinal plants) and vegetables. The vegetable garden will provide abundant organic
food to the household. Organic methods of soil and plant regeneration, including composting
are applied to the entire site. Clean water (whole house filtration systems and
advanced distillation systems) is a must in this thorough process of existing home
self-regeneration, self-regulation and self-maintenance. Clean energy systems
(renewable, distributed) including solar, hydrogen and free energy systems will be
applied.
5. An Architectural Bau-Biologie show-case (in a specific home and/or a new
home) is highly desired to be implemented thoroughly:
(A) nontoxic - nonreactive noble materials throughout, (B) clean energy systems (renewable,
distributed) including solar, hydrogen and free energy systems. (C) clean water systems for
all uses, primarily using whole house filtration systems, and conversion from gray (residual
waters) to clean water systems. (D) Ecological Permaculture Garden throughout the site. The
objective is to develop a self-regulated / self-sufficient permaculture system capable of
producing excess energy transferable to the existing grid. This home will be considered to be
an Optimal Clean Home. Simply put the best home one can have.
6. In the Optimal Ecological Clean Home equation a system of ordering of spaces and
arrangement of furniture, furnishings and equipment is applied using the
principles and methods of Architectural Bau-Biologie (including sacred geometry and
feng shui). Architectural Bau-Biologie is defined as the science(s) of construction according to
natural biological principles and methods of operation.. It is simply described as building
healthy homes and structures to help human beings develop higher levels of
health and consciousness.
The company Clean-Ecological Home Enterprises (LLC) is formed to conduct all
business activities in conjunction with the Clean Home Project / Hamptons Ecological Home
Management Systems. Principals are: Michael Clarjen-Arconada (Founder and CEO).
Partnerships / Investors / Positions are being sought to generate an optimal
management team for Hamptons-EHMS. Initially Angel Investors, COO and/or
CF/MO (Chief Financial/Marketing Officer) positions are searched to this effect,
each with the possibility of holding a percentage of ownweship in the company.
