Workflow Management - a data-driven approach to
collections
• Through Synergy’s Queue Builder, create and implement
multiple collection strategies simultaneously targeting

Workflow Management - a data-driven approach to collections • Through Synergy’s Queue Builder, create and implement multiple collection strategies simultaneously targeting areas such as: • Seasonal or fiscal cycles • Quarterly or year-end clean up • High value or newly-acquired customers • Segment portfolios based on risk, balance, geography, cred exposure or criteria unique to your business • Build portfolios at the account, invoice or dispute level addin both depth and breadth to the collection effort • Integrate audit tools to ensure accountability across the collection function
