6. Procedure for Registration of the
Company
1. Get Director Identification Number (DIN) by furnishing Form DIN-1.
2. Get a Digital Signature Certificate. This certificate can be collected from
any of the six MCA 21 approved private agencies.
3. To obtain the business Name, Form No. 1A should be submitted, showing
the address of the proposed firm's registered office along with one of the
promoters' signatures.
4. After the stamping of the MOA and AOA, the papers are to be signed by
the promoters of the company.
5. You will receive then the Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar
of Companies, which is coming under the Ministry of Corporate
Affairs.
