BACKGROUND

McDonald’s is one of the largest employers in the Netherlands.
Unsurprisingly, and in part due to the nature of the roles of offer,
they are a very high-volume employer. This is problematic
because the sheer volume of applications makes it difficult to
process all the applications. What was needed was a more
effective way for candidates and recruiters to be selective.

BRIEF

Design and build a new applicant tracking system to help
streamline and improve the experience for applicants and
recruiters.

SOLUTION

Maximum custom-built a light ATS system with simple easy-to-
use functionality and centralised communication.

After applying, the data gets sent to
the ATS.

The ATS home page features a
dashboard giving a quick status
overview of the number of:
• Views
• Open vacancies
• Applicants

This ATS is available for different
groups and has a rights system. "
An admin can view all restaurants, a
restaurant manager can only see
their own.

Unsurprisingly, and in part due to the nature of the roles of offer, they are a very high-volume employer. This is problematic because the sheer volume of applications makes it difficult to process all the applications. What was needed was a more effective way for candidates and recruiters to be selective.

The ATS home page features a dashboard giving a quick status overview of the number of: • Views • Open vacancies • Applicants This ATS is available for different groups and has a rights system. " An admin can view all restaurants, a restaurant manager can only see their own.
