• Upgrade and configure your database
• Place it in the CRM Live environment
• Notify when it is complete and provide details to login on-line

• This is a great opportunity to examine your database,
prune out any old information and files prior to having
Maximizer convert it.
• This reduces the overall size and expansion pack fees

• Your existing version of Maximizer has tools to reduce
the size of your database
• These tools will allow you to target the larger items such as
Notes and Documents

• You can always keep a copy of your existing
database running locally just in case you need to
access the pruned data at a later time
• All information and UDFs will be moved to CRM Live
database
