wasting food
Western societies have
normally more food than
needed for living
Abundance of food often leads to
spoiling. E.g. Food gets forgotten in
the fridge or is thrown away because
use-by date is reached
Think before you buy food - You might have still
enough in the fridge? Check on food even if the use-
by date is reached! Often food is still usable for weeks
even if the use-by date is overdue
Eat and buy smarter with more
mindfulness!
In developing countries
people are starving
because there is not
enough food for living !
On the one hand, can we still look
into the mirror when, on the other
hand, we continue wasting food
which is desperately needed in other
parts of the world?
