FLOW
• After scanning an engine
port, the geometry can
then be modified to allow
for better performance.
• Virtually analyzing it
ensures that all the
variables are measured and
that a difficult to find head
is not risked with a grinder.
• The head can the be CNC
ported for optimum
performance.

BRAKE ROTOR
MODIFICATION
• Renault Factory team in
the Colombian National
Racing Series, had
problems with brake
pedal feel and
overheating so massive
that cracked rotors.
• C2R re-engineered the
rotors and created
custom floating hats. The
problem dissapeared.

CUSTOM BILLET PISTONS
• Renault factory team in
Colombia neded billet pistons
to be manufactured in order to
coax some more power from
their already leading engine.
• Billet manufacturing allowed
for a lighter piston, avoiding
some of the compromises
inherent to forging.
• Pistons are 5-axis machined
and balanced to incredibly tight
tolerances and made from
Formula 1 Grade Aluminum

• Forged con-rods for the
SR16-VE engine are very
hard to find.
• We created a set for a
customer who races this
8600rpm plus engine
• Made to exacting
tolerances out of
Aerospace grade steel.

CUSTOM TORQUER INTAKE
MANIFOLD
• The Suzuki G13B
engine is a purebred
but it lacks bottom end
torque.
• We CFD optimized and
re-engineered an
intake manifold that
changed the torque
curve and allowed for
better race car
behavior on stock
gearbox
