Qbit developed a 3D online virtual world, based on a faithful reproduction
of Venice, Italy. Virtual Venice will be the first example of an online virtual
geographical environment with the goal of becoming a 3D model of smart
city for training, tourism, business opportunities and collaboration.
Virtual Venice will be the online simulation where to experiment with 3D
technologies several applications like 3D e-Commerce, 3D Training or 3D
Tourism.

As a natural progression of our effort in VR technology, Qbit is developing
the project for the first large scale virtual city in the Metaverse, based on the
HiFi platform. The project is code named Quantum City.
Quantum City's first neighborhood will be a central city area, with futuristic
and environmentally friendly design, hosting a variety of buildings and
public structures for people to engage in the new dimension of the
metaverse and virtual reality.
One of the most important aspects of Quantum City is to be social, so it will
have spaces for people to meet and hang out. It will also have info points
and spaces dedicated to giving new users information on how to go about
the city and the new metaverse.
Quantum City will offer spaces for companies and organizations, as a portal
to the 3D metaverse. Quantum City will be a new virtual space for
engagement and for brands to engage with consumers in entirely new ways.
