their pond, I partnered with the town council and implemented a project to address the pond waste and pollution issues.
 Specified the epineustonic organism as Wolffia Columbiana, not algae as the original complaints suggested.
 Researched Wolffia,then presented my research to the Town Council.
 Designed a project plan to remove the Wolffia and presented this project to the Town Council.
 The Town funded the project, resulting in the personal construction of a large-scale drying rack.
 Coordinating with a biofuel research entity to provide dried material as a biofuel feedstock for research.
