 Director and Administer the organization’s Europ ean Institutes aimed at educating university students/clients on government, economics, conflict 
management, political economy and political philosophy held annually in Prague, Czech Republic (two other Institutes have been downsized in 
which I was also the director/administrator).

 Negotiate and operate the institute budget, requiring regular adjustment due to currency fluctuations, totaling in excess of $8.5M in nine years. 
 Negotiate with vendors in Prague seeking best financial partnership for both Inst itute and vendor 
 Organize, promote and execute all institute marketing efforts in the U.S. Europe, Central Asia and the Mediterranean Region through variety of 
communication in 45+ countries targeting Embassies, universities (850+), NGOs/think tanks, media and business communities through in person 
meetings/presentations, social media, email, regular post, and phone/Skype contact 
 Recruited 6370 students/clients in nine years. (707 per year) 
 Supervised 1620 students/clients from 45+ different countries, establishing leadership platform for each institute (168 per year) 
 Determine admissions decision on each applicant; this includes evaluating written applications and conducting a phone interview with each applicant 
 Supervised 131 staff/faculty members from twelve countries in ten years guiding them through their academic curriculum, travel schedule and 
program schedule during the Institute (average of 14-16 per year). Nationalities include: US, CZ, GR, LB, RO, SK, P, BiH, D, UK, LV, UA. 
 Design and implement Prague academic schedule for both professors and students before and during Prague Institute including academic schedule, 
community service, fundraising activities, and social events 
 Initiated mentoring program between Institute alumni and incoming student s 
 Organize valid contact information of our Prague and Crete (1996-2012) alumni. The total amount of alumni combined is 3300 alumni in 45+ 
countries 
 Motivate alumni living in same cities or countries and establish active alumni chapters. This includes providing a leadership guide of organizational 
structure, vision and mission statements. 
 Forecast and design fundraising targets and examples for each chapter specific to their economic environment 
 Collaborate with Institute faculty, partners, staff, and communities consistently and constantly 
 Maintain application database (Apply Yourself) 
 Secured and coordinated the visits of fifteen current or former heads of state during the Prague institute. This includes either direct contact,
