A) Help plan routes for delivery of hot meals
B) Identify priority action areas for other NGOs
C) Provide GIS training

Timeline
January 15th
Chapters should submit their project outline for approval.
March 31st 2016
Project videos should be uploaded to Youtube, #GWB2016
April 2016
Showcase and Networking Night in Hamilton, Ontario

Projects
Projects should align to GWB’s mission, which is to support other
organizations through the use of geography for civic, social or
environmental good.
Projects should be able to be completed by March 31st.

Project Description
Project Description – Define the project deliverable, the process
to obtain the results, and your team’s capacity to complete the
project.
Partner Description - Describe your partner, their commitment to
the project, and their expectations.
5. 2016 Chapter Showcase
Project Video
Create a project video (5-10 minutes) that describes your project,
how it helped the organization, challenges your team overcome
to complete the project, and what your team learned from
completing the project.
Video will be shown during the showcase night.

Showcase Night
The showcase night will include a viewing of the projects,
networking between members and industry contacts, and awards
for projects.
